1. What is the Bigalo Calling Card?
Bigalo Calling Card is an economic and easy to use calling card for making international calls from Turkey. Bigalo Calling Card can be used by guests, visiting Turkey for business or leisure purposes and making international calls especially from hotels.
2. What is the expiry date for the cards?
The card expires in 6 months after its first use. If not
used, expires on 12/2005
3. Can I use the Bigalo Calling Card with any type of telephone?
You can use your card for calls from hotel phones with touch
tone feature. You have to dial Sabancı Telekom access number
first, and then the card number on the Bigalo Calling Card.
You do not need to insert the card into any device.
• You need tokens or telephone cards to use
it on public phones.
• Calling the access numbers from an hotel
will be charged over the local call tariff.
4. Can I use the Bigalo Calling Card from my cellular phone?
You can use your Bigalo Calling Card for the calls you want
to make from your celluar phone with the same method.
• mobile phones charge current rate for the
Sabancı Telekom access numbers (non-Turkish
GSM operators charge roaming rate also).
• You have to dial zero
and the area code before the access code when calling
from a cellular phone.
5. Can I use the Bigalo Calling Card from the house or office
where I am for a visit. Who will be charged for the call and
in what way?
All phone calls you make with your Bigalo Calling Card will
be deducted from the remaining credits of your card. The home
or office telephone which you use for making the call will only
be charged by the respective fixed line operator for calling
the Sabancı Telekom access number for the duration of your call
over the current local call tariff.
6. Can I use the Bigalo Calling Card for local calls?
You can use the card only for making international calls
from Turkey.
7. How do I learn the remaining credit on my Bigalo Calling
Card?
The voice reply system will tell you the remaining credit
amount after you have dialed your card number.
8. Do the rates change depending on the country I call from
Turkey?
The zones for individual
countries are stated in the brochure included in the card package
together with the maximum call duration for the respective region.
9. The access number is always busy !
If you experience such a problem, please call Bigalo
Call Center from
444 0 256 and provide them with your card information, the
city and type of telephone you used for making the calls. |
